This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of the website orthodata.es, owned by Orthodata Labs, S.L. (hereinafter, «Orthodata»). Its purpose is to inform clearly and precisely about the cookies and similar technologies used, as well as the mechanisms available to manage them.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small information file that is downloaded onto the user's device when accessing certain web pages. Cookies allow, among other things, remembering preferences, keeping sessions active, measuring site usage or ensuring the security of the services.
Alongside cookies, this policy also applies to other tracking technologies (such as local storage, fingerprinting or pixels) when used for equivalent purposes.

According to their purpose, Orthodata classifies cookies into:
- Technical or strictly necessary: essential for the site to work (session, load balancing, access control to restricted areas, abuse prevention). They do not require consent.
- Preference or personalization: remember user options (language, region, cookie consent).
- Analytics or measurement: allow analyzing, in an aggregated and anonymized way, how the site is used to improve its performance and content.
- Marketing or behavioural advertising: at this time, Orthodata does not use advertising or commercial profiling cookies.

The list above is updated periodically. If new cookies or providers are added, they will be reflected in this table and, where legally required, fresh consent will be requested.
4. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are based on the legitimate interest of the site owner (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and art. 6.1.f GDPR). All other cookies are installed exclusively upon prior user consent, given freely, specifically, in an informed and unambiguous way through the cookie banner or the browser settings.
5. How to manage or withdraw consent
You can accept, reject or customize cookies at any time from the site's cookie settings panel. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

6. International transfers

7. Changes to this policy
Orthodata may modify this Cookie Policy based on legislative news, new services or technical changes. When the changes affect cookies subject to consent, the user's acceptance will be requested again.
